This report analyses and contextualizes the wage developments in the garment industry in five Asian countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Pakistan, and Vietnam. In addition, it evaluates their national mechanisms and dynamics of wage formation and identifies common trends and challenges the industries face as well as country-specific characteristics.
