Hal is an experienced business-focused counsel advising JustJobs Network on legal and financial matters. He brings with him international experience in leading corporate affairs, transactions, and regulatory matters in multiple disciplines. His wide range of specialties include health care services, technology, insurance, data privacy and compliance programs, corporate governance, and foreign sales markets. He has served as legal consultant and/or general counsel to organizations such as Consumer United and Stream Global Services, and was Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery, a top global law firm.

Starting in 2011, Hal founded and built Zuzzim Inc., an online, social entrepreneur company developing infrastructure to connect local businesses, consumers, and not-for-profit organizations to support their local communities. He received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from Georgetown University.
