JustJobs Index analysis for the Middle East and North Africa

In coordination with its expanded work in the region, JustJobs has released a regional glimpse into MENA’s (Middle East-North Africa) performance on the JustJobs Index.

Due to high levels of youth unemployment and low labor force participation levels among women, the region stacks up poorly against others on the Global JustJobs Index. However, success stories in the region offer optimism – with Qatar making great improvements on women’s workforce participation and Tunisia dramatically increasing the percentage of workers paying into a pension scheme.
